All sales are final once shipped.
Cancellation and refund on orders placed can ONLY be made on products that have not been shipped. Contact us ASAP via email@example.com if you wish to cancel your order.
Once again, orders can NOT be cancelled NOR refunded once shipped.
Any refunds issued will be processed via electronic funds transfer / refunded in the manor in which the payment was made.
In the case of a defective OR damaged EP INTEGRATIONS LLC product(s), we will try to repair the damaged / defective parts by shipping you replacement parts rather than completely replacing the product when possible. We will try our best to instruct you on how to replace the damaged / defective parts when possible. We reserve the right to request picture(s) or video showing how the product is defective or damaged either through email or Facebook messenger. Failure to show pictures or video showing said damage or defective parts / product may void any product replacement. Once again, we will try to ship any part(s) damaged to the product sold due to defect or shipping before replacing the entire product sold if all possible. If the entire product is completely damaged beyond repair due to shipping, then we will ship a replacement product free of charge to the customer within 7 days of when the customer receives the product. Make sure to keep the box showing the shipping damage! Note, we might request to have the damaged product shipped back to us first prior to shipping the replacement. Please allow time for the above shipping to and from ep integrations LLC. If required, we will need to receive the damaged product prior to shipping the replacement product. Obviously, shipping damage is out of our control. We are reasonable people if you are willing to work with us.
*EP BONUS BUCKS that are earned through qualifying VORTEX product purchases can only be used on future EP Integrations LLC product purchases such as the EP 2.0 annealer, EP lockdown block, or combo package! EP BONUS BUCKS can NOT be used towards future VORTEX purchases. EP BONUS BUCKS code will be email to the provided email address used when placing your order AND will only be emailed once your vortex product ships. EP BONUS BUCKS code can only be used once and expires within 30 days of the emailed date.

As for EP Integrations LLC products, we do not have a specific warranty as about the only thing that can stop working with our EP INTEGRATIONS LLC products is the electronics within our annealers (speed control, button, and motor). Speed controls, buttons, and motors are covered for 1 month from time of purchase. We can sell any speed controls, buttons, and motors for a very reasonable price for any electronic failures after 1 month from purchase.
If you incur ANY shipping damage, then make sure you keep your box / package showing said shipping damage as we will require these pictures to make a claim against Fedex or USPS that caused said damage. We test every single annealer prior to being shipped.
We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order that has not been shipped, and for any reason.
Any unpaid international duties and return shipping costs due to duties not being paid by the customer, where the product is shipped back to us because the customer did not pay said duties, will be deducted out of the customer's refund total when the customer is responsible for paying for said duties.
We do our very best to get your products to you in the shortest amount of time possible. Also, we try our level best to only sell the amount of inventory we have on hand and uploaded to the website for sale. If by chance inventory is incorrect when the product is sold (as we are all human and can make mistakes), we will try our level best to ship the sold product as soon as possible when available OR refund the product completely as soon as possible once the inventory mistake is found. If such an occurrence happens, we will contact you through email from firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible for either back order OR immediate refund in the manor in which the sale was made.
